VPK Foods – Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

1. Eligible Returns

  • Returns are strictly accepted only for unsealed or damaged packages, or items received in a faulty condition by the customer.

  • Customers must record and provide a clear unboxing video as mandatory proof when initiating a return claim.

2. Return Procedure

  1. Timeframe: You have 3 days from the date of receiving the item to request a return.

  2. Initiation: Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

  3. Shipping: Ship the item back using a reliable local courier (self-shipment is required by the customer).

  4. Labeling: Ensure you clearly include your original invoice number on the package label.

  5. Courier Reimbursement: Return shipping costs incurred by you will be reimbursed up to a maximum of ₹100 via store vouchers.

  6. Inspection: After receiving and verifying the returned product at our warehouse, VPK Foods will issue a 100% refund or store credit.

  7. Store Credit (Vouchers): Voucher issuance will be initiated within 1 working day. You will receive it via your registered email or WhatsApp. You can use this voucher to order an item of the same value on our website, which will be dispatched within the next 24 hours.

  8. Bank Refunds: If a direct bank refund is chosen, it will be initiated within 24 hours from our end. Please note it normally takes 2 to 3 business days to reflect in your bank account.

3. Condition Requirements

  • Refunds or store credits are granted exclusively if the product is confirmed to be returned in "not good condition," meaning it was damaged, faulty, or unsealed prior to delivery.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled freely before they are shipped, unless the order involves a custom-packed product.

  • A full refund will be issued if the cancellation request is submitted prior to shipping. This will be processed within 1 day of confirmation.

  • Once canceled, the refund will be initiated from our end within 24 hours and will take 2 to 3 business days to reflect in your bank account.

5. Important Terms

  • Refunds or vouchers will only be issued if VPK Foods is successfully able to reach the customer via the contact information provided during ordering.

  • Returned items must be securely packed in properly sealed packets. Please keep items from different orders separated into distinct packages.
