Return & Refund Time Policy
1. Eligible Returns
- Returns accepted only for unsealed or damaged packages or items received by the customer.
- Customers must record and provide an unboxing video as proof when initiating a return claim.
2. Return Procedure:
- You have 3 days from the date of receiving the item to request a return.
- Contact customer service to initiate the process.
- Ship the item back using a reliable local courier (self-shipment required).
- Include the invoice number on the package label.
- Return shipping costs will be reimbursed up to ₹100 via store vouchers.
- After receiving the returned product at the warehouse, VPK Foods will issue a 100% refund or store credit.
- The voucher (store credit) will be initiated within 1 working day. You can receive it to your registered email or whats app and you can order the same value product on our website it will dispatch within next 24 hrs.
- The refund will initiated within 24 hrs from our end it will take 2 - 3 days to reflect your bank account.
3. Condition Requirements
- Refunds are granted only if the product is returned in 'not good condition,' meaning it was damaged, faulty, or unsealed.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipping, unless it involves a custom-packed product.
- Full refund will be issued if the cancellation request is submitted prior to shipping, processed within 1 day of confirmation .
- The refund will initiated within 24 hrs from our end it will take 2 - 3 days to reflect your bank account.
